From skeptic to believer
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to public transport and many local dining options.
Unfortunately, the decor felt outdated, and issues with the breakfast service were disappointing. The absence of basic amenities in the room left much to be desired.

It's almost all cute. Very clean, almost cozy (not including the bed). Unfortunately, when you always have a smile, it doesn't mean that they will, even if it's paid for.
I booked a room with a king-size bed. That's why my wife and child and I took a two-room room. We got a bedroom with two separate beds. I went to reception on the day of arrival. answer with a smile: "it's no problem, we'll move you to another room tomorrow, go to reception at 12-13. " We didn't take our suitcases apart, first 24 hours were like a train station. second day. At 12-30 reception: "Unfortunately, we can't move you to another room, we have no problem changing your mattress". "Are you okay with that? " - "Yes, thank you! " By the evening we were done as follows: we moved the beds with single mattresses, my blanket was on top of me, sheet on top of me was like a king-size. Only if you lie in the middle, beds split up. I went up to reception, "I said the mattress wasn't changed, we're not happy with it. Nothing has changed for the next and following days!!! Around the same time we almost got a car rental: a girl who sits at the reception Forgot about our order from December 28 or 29 to rent a car from 2 to 4 January. In addition, she told us the cost of renting a car without insurance, is neither much nor little either 210 euros for 3 days or 430 euros for 3 days. I approached her 2 times - she knew my name and dates and our number. young man who worked on January 1-2 did not know anything about our order at all! He helped us: he called, found out that we had the right car and gave us the address where to go. We rented the car, everything should be done anyway in the rental office. Question: why do we need to call such a service if it's just an "address bureau", especially since even the cost of renting us were told quite wrong.

Spending four nights here was worthwhile! The spacious beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a handy kitchenette was a lifesaver while traveling with a baby. Daily cleaning and a warm, helpful staff showcased genuine hospitality. The location near metro lines was fantastic! Definitely suitable for families.

Huge and airy rooms with up market bathroom, large screen TVs in both lounge, a sofa. Very central location and walk from a subway station. Good choice of places to visit, such as coffee store and an oceanarium next to the hotel...

apartments are very spacious, entrance where the kitchen is built in, bathroom, living room and bedroom. stay was very pleasant, treatment by the staff exquisite. It was important for us to have parking, hotel staff took care of it on arrival and placed it in their small parking lot without any problem for us. They promptly answered our requests, guided us very well. Although it is not in the centre of Lisbon it is very easy to get to the hotel, from the hotel to the centre.
The hotel is already a few years old, and you can see in some details that would be easily solved. Another small detail: a toaster in the kitchen would be very useful. The price per day for the pet is the highest we have ever paid. Possibly justified by the space to be cleaned, but it is striking.

The spacious Beautiful One-Bedroom Apartment was perfect for my family! We loved the beautiful pool area after exploring. The coffee pods costing extra was a bummer. A great stay 😊

The apartments of Altis Suites are ideal for families with one or two children. The kitchenette allows you to prepare breakfast to the children's liking and even dinner if one would wish. The swimming pool of the Altis hotel can be used when staying in the suites hotel. The location is perfect, some ten minutes walk to the Rossio and Praca de Figeuira, where the city trips by open double deck busses depart. Walking distance also of the castle Sao Jorge (for those who like discovering city on foot). There are various small restaurants close to the hotel where one can have a good meal for a very reasonable prize. The hotel management immediately replied when we handed in the hotel questionnaire in which we made a few minor points about our stay.
A building site at the back of the hotel caused some noise in the mornings. We could have moved to another room if we would have requested so, therefore this is not a major point for us.
